Stanadyne electronic injection pump latest version model DS4-5521 completely remanufactured, upgraded and warranted by SSDiesel SupplyTM, a trusted name in 6.5TD solutions.
Fits all 1994-2000 GM 6.5 Turbo Diesels in C/K pick-up's, Yukons and Suburbans. 94-2002 G/P van (Express and Savana) and cab/chassis combinations such as school buses. 96-2005 H1 HUMMERS require and adaptor kit for a $30 adder.
Our reman injection pumps feature all the latest upgrades. This package deal comes with a reman DS4-5521 pump, Install gasket kit ssd-306A, NEW PREMIUM PMD, #9 resistor and our FSD Heat Sync (ssd-006).
If you have a 94 truck, you MUST check the model of your current pump. If the model is a 5068, only a 5068 can replace it. This kit will not work. Please call us if you have a 5068 pump. ALL other 1994 pump models are superceeded by the 5521. 1994 was the only year the 5068 was used, and usually only on some 3500 series trucks. PLEASE SPECIFY IF A SSD-5068 PUMP IS NEEDED OTHERWISE A SSD-5521 WILL BE SUPPLIED AND PUMPS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
