SSDiesel offers this fully remanufactured electronic injection pump, built by experts here in the USA, not some guy on ebay in his garage. All injections pumps are fully rebuilt and upgraded. All wear parts are replaced, whether they test bad or not. Pumps are ultrasonically washed, and reassembled to O.E. specs. After assembly 100% of the pumps are calibrated with application specific test stands designed to simulate all engine conditions, and fully calibrated, so the pump is a simple drop-in for you. Fits all 1994-2000 GM 6.5 Turbo Diesels in C/K pick-ups, 94-03 G/P van (Express and Savana) and cab/chassis combinations such as school buses (except 1994 DS4-5068). Also, all H1 Hummers 1996-2005.

99% of the time, only the PMD fails on these units. If you experience stalling, hesitation, stuttering, poor mileage, or no-start, chances are it is just the PMD failing. Please see our FSD Heat-Sync^TM kit ssd-006 which will solve the chronic failure problem associated with PMD's. If you have already tried a new PMD and you are still experiencing problems, the injection pump must be replaced.

If you have a 94 truck, you MUST check the model of your current pump. If the model is a DS4-5068, only another 5068 can replace it. Please see p/n ssd-5068 also sold by SSDiesel Supply^TM. ALL other 1994 pump models are superceeded by the 5521. 1994 was the only year the 5068 was used, and usually only on 3500 series trucks.

THIS PUMP IS SOLD LESS PMD, AS WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PMD BEING MOUNTED TO THE PUMP WHERE IT IS DESTINED TO FAIL. Please see our FSD Heat Sync kit p/n ssd-006 if a new PMD is needed.
